Subscription, Refund & Acceptable Use Policy

Part A — Subscriptions & Billing
1. Plans and Pricing
Gridiron Edge offers: a Daily Pass ($9.99, one-time — that day), a Weekly Pass ($24.99, one-time — that NFL week), a Monthly subscription ($49.99/month, auto-renewing), and a Season Pass ($199, one-time — through the Super Bowl). There is no free tier. Current prices and features are shown at https://www.gridironedgesports.com/pricing and control at the time of purchase. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Automatic Renewal — Please Read (Affirmative Consent)
Your subscription automatically renews. At checkout we clearly disclose, and by subscribing you expressly agree, that:
- your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly);
- your payment method on file will be charged the then-current price for each renewal term, $49.99 per month, until you cancel;
- renewal continues until you cancel; and
- you may cancel at any time as described in Section 4.
We will obtain your affirmative consent to these terms separately from the other Terms at the point of sale, as required by law.
3. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices. We will give you advance notice (at least 30 days, or as required by law) before a price change applies to your renewal, so you can cancel before it takes effect. Continuing after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through Account → Manage Subscription (the Stripe Customer Portal) — the same online medium in which you subscribed — or by emailing support@gridironedgesports.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current paid period, after which the subscription ends and no further charges are made. We do not require you to call or take any extra step beyond the online method used to sign up.
5. Free Trials (if offered)
If we offer a free trial, we will disclose its length and the price and timing of the first charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged. Cancel during the trial to avoid charges.
6. Failed Payments
If a charge fails, we may retry and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
Part B — Refund Policy
Monthly subscription. Your payment method is charged at the time of purchase, and again at each renewal, until you cancel. Canceling stops future renewals — see Section 4; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. There is no money-back guarantee on Monthly charges (the first charge or any renewal); all charges are final, and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods, unused time, or downgrades, except where required by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your state (for example, statutory cooling-off or auto-renewal remedies).
One-time access passes (Daily, Weekly, Season). In addition to recurring subscriptions, we offer one-time passes that grant time-limited access and do not automatically renew. Because these passes provide immediate access to time-sensitive content, Daily and Weekly Passes are final sale and non-refundable once the access period has begun, except where required by applicable law. Season Pass: you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing support@gridironedgesports.com; after 48 hours the Season Pass is final sale and non-refundable. Each pass expires at the end of its stated access window, after which access ends automatically with no further charge.
Part C — Acceptable Use Policy
By using Gridiron Edge you agree not to: 1. Copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, cache, or index the Service's content, projections, rankings, or data using bots, scrapers, or any automated means, except as we expressly permit; 2. Redistribute, republish, resell, sublicense, syndicate, or publicly post our content, projections, or picks — in whole or in part, free or paid — including on other sites, Discords, group chats, tout services, or social media, without our written permission; 3. Share, sell, rent, or provide access to your account or credentials; each account is for one individual; 4. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract or reconstruct our models, algorithms, or source code; 5. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any paywall, authentication, rate limit, or security or access-control measure; 6. Use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling or any unlawful activity; 7. Overload, disrupt, or attack the Service (e.g., DoS, injection, excessive requests) or introduce malware; 8. Misrepresent your identity, age, or location, or use the Service where prohibited; 9. Use the Service or its outputs to train or develop a competing model or product; or 10. Infringe our or any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
We may monitor usage, enforce rate limits, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, and may pursue any available legal remedies. Automated or excessive access may be blocked.
