Part A — Subscriptions & Billing

2. Automatic Renewal — Please Read (Affirmative Consent)
Your subscription automatically renews. At checkout we clearly disclose, and by subscribing you expressly agree, that:
- your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period ([monthly / annual]);

- renewal continues until you cancel; and

3. Price Changes

5. Free Trials (if offered)
If we offer a free trial, we will disclose its length and the price and timing of the first charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged. Cancel during the trial to avoid charges.
6. Failed Payments
If a charge fails, we may retry and may suspend or downgrade your access until payment succeeds. You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file.
Part B — Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee (first charge only). If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first subscription charge by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 7 days of that charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe).
This guarantee applies to your first charge only. Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any paywall, authentication, rate limit, or security or access-control measure; 6. Use the Service to facilitate illegal gambling or any unlawful activity; 7. Overload, disrupt, or attack the Service (e.g., DoS, injection, excessive requests) or introduce malware; 8. Misrepresent your identity, age, or location, or use the Service where prohibited; 9. Use the Service or its outputs to train or develop a competing model or product; or 10. Infringe our or any third party's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
We may monitor usage, enforce rate limits, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice, and may pursue any available legal remedies. Automated or excessive access may be blocked.
